The servers of The Pack are located in Belgium, and your personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area. 3. Specific Processing Applicable to You
3.1 You Are a Customer of The Pack

If you are (or represent) our customer, we process your personal data for:

Customer management (service delivery, relationship management, invoicing, collection, etc.) based on the necessity to execute the agreement with you. Without your data, we cannot fulfill the agreement.
Direct marketing, based on our legitimate interest to keep you informed of our activities and expertise.

Your personal data is retained for up to 10 years after the termination of our agreement with you. For data processed based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time.

If you provide us with personal data of others in connection with our services, we assume that you process and share this data lawfully.


3.2 You Are a Prospect of The Pack

If you are a potential customer, we process your personal data for:

Prospect management, based on the necessity to take pre-contractual steps if you wish to become a customer.
Direct marketing, based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your contact details are retained for up to 10 years after you become inactive as a prospect.


3.3 You Are a Supplier or Business Contact of The Pack

If you provide us with products or services or work for a supplier, we process your data for supplier management, based on the necessity to execute the agreement with the supplier. Without your data, we cannot fulfill the agreement.

Your personal data is retained for up to 10 years after the last delivery.


3.4 You Are a Visitor of The Pack Website

If you visit our website, we process your personal data to:

Respond to your inquiries or requests for information about our products and services.

Your data is retained for up to 1 year after submitting your inquiry, request, or complaint.


3.5 You Are an Applicant at The Pack

If you apply for a job, we process your personal data for:

Application management and evaluation, as part of pre-contractual measures.
Recruitment pool, based on our legitimate interest in contacting you for future opportunities. You can object to being included in this pool at any time.

Your data is retained for up to 2 years after the application process ends.


3.6 In All Cases

In all cases, we may also process your personal data for:

Mergers and acquisitions, based on our legitimate interest in enabling such operations. Your data is retained for up to 3 years.
Dispute management, based on legal requirements and our legitimate interest in safeguarding our rights during disputes. Your data is retained for up to 10 years after the dispute ends.

In these cases, data may also be shared with:

Courts, lawyers, bailiffs, notaries, judicial experts, or other legal actors.
Judicial, police, or administrative authorities, as required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
